Terms of Service

The Site includes:

• Our brand and marketing pages, the Software directory, and the Contact page.
• The Shop (in development). When it opens, individual purchases may be subject to additional product, shipping, and return terms presented at checkout.

Our product web apps and native mobile apps are separate products. Each has its own terms (and, where applicable, its own refund and cancellation policy). Those product terms, not these, govern subscriptions, billing, AI features, and in-app use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the Site’s security or performance
• Scrape, overload, or abuse Site resources

The Site, its design, branding, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Site may rely on third parties such as our hosting provider and email provider. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50).

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms and will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. We may suspend or discontinue the Site or your access where permitted by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply where required.
