This policy covers your use of the JCBSN brand website, including:

• Our brand and marketing pages, the Press page, and the Contact page.
• The Software directory that showcases our apps.
• The Shop (in development; when it opens, checkout may add further product-specific terms).

Each product has its own privacy policy for that product. Those policies, not this one, govern accounts, subscriptions, payments, AI features, and advertising measurement inside each product.

• Contact information. When you reach out through the Contact page, the Press page, or similar forms, we collect the details you provide so we can respond. For media requests that includes, as applicable, your name, outlet, role, email, phone number, what you are working on, deadline, links, and the details of your request. Press inquiries are stored so we can follow up and are emailed to our support inbox.
• Usage and device data. Standard technical data that servers and analytics receive (for example, IP address, browser type, and pages viewed) when you browse the Site.

When we send email related to the Site (for example, a reply to a contact request), we may use Resend. Your email address is shared with Resend for that purpose. Product marketing and transactional email for a specific app are covered by that product’s privacy policy.

We may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the Site (for example, which pages are viewed). This helps us improve the brand website. Product web apps may use additional advertising or analytics tools described in their own privacy policies.

The Site may use functional cookies needed for basic operation, and analytics cookies where enabled. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without functional cookies.

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
